- Covered walkways connecting school buildings
Challenges and Solutions
- High-Use Educational Environment – With hundreds of students on site each day, cleaning needs to be carefully planned to avoid disruption to lessons, assemblies, and school events. We schedule visits at times that work for the school, including during holidays or quieter periods, to ensure safety and minimal interference.
- Large and Varied Surfaces – The school’s facilities range from traditional classroom windows through to large sports hall glazing and high rooflights. We use a combination of reach-and-wash systems, specialist access equipment, and safe working practices to complete every task to the highest standard.
- Ad Hoc Cleaning Requirements – Occasional incidents, such as graffiti or marking of glass, require a rapid response. Our team is available to attend at short notice, ensuring that surfaces are restored quickly and the school maintains its professional image.
Outcome
Through our reliable service and flexible response, Abacus Window Cleaning help Wavell School maintain an attractive and welcoming campus. Clean, clear windows and glass surfaces allow natural light to flow into classrooms, halls, and communal spaces, creating a bright and positive atmosphere for learning.
By covering everything from high-level skylights to reception glass walls, we ensure that every part of the site benefits from the same level of care. Our approach not only enhances the appearance of the school but also contributes to a safe, hygienic environment for staff and students alike.
