How often will we visit

We offer a choice of 4, 6, 8 weekly clean. We ask for some flexibility on time scales of 3 days either side of the time due. 

Can I have a specific date/days?

No unfortunately we are unable to give a specific day/date but we always send a text the day before we come to ensure you know we are coming.

Payments

All Bacs/Cash payments must be made in full within 24 hours of the clean date.  If payments have not been made in full after 14 days, the details of the customer may be passed onto a debt collection agency to recover the cost. An additional cost may be added to the debt to cover the collection costs

Complaints Procedure

We always try to provide you with best possible service. We offer 100% customer guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with our work. We ask you contact us within 48 hours of the clean. We will then return as soon as possible to rectify the issue. Please note that complaints made after 48 hours may not be re-cleaned or refunded

Turning us away

We try our hardest to be as reliable as we can, and we ask you the customer to be reliable. On the day of the clean it is too late for us to replace your custom, therefore cancelling on the day by either calling the office or turning our team away we reserve the right, to charge you the full price expected.

Bad Weather

We do still work in rain, we always guarantee that the result will still be the same. Days can be cancelled due to heavy rain, thunder & lighting storms or icy conditions

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company
